856 Washington Street

Brooklyn, NY

856 Washington is located on Washington Avenue in the Prospect Park section of Brooklyn, New York. It is located within close proximity to the Brooklyn Public Library, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Barclays Center, and Grand Army Plaza. The two toned building is covered in a ventilated façade that has over 9,000 square feet of stone-look Boston Topo porcelain panels, and is highlighted with Boston Grafito porcelain panels that surround certain facets of the side of the building and inlayed with windows throughout the facade. These facade articulations create a unique multilayered and three-dimensional building envelope.
