Neptune, located at 532 Neptune Avenue in Brooklyn and completed in 2024, is a new multifamily residential development designed by ZPROEKT, PLLC and executed by Rybak Developments, with installation carried out by GGL. The project features a ventilated façade system and approximately 150,000 square feet of Bottega Caliza porcelain, providing durability, uniformity, and a contemporary visual identity.

The architecture is defined by a clear vertical expression, reinforced by the repetitive modulation of windows and balconies that brings order to the composition. The result is a sober, efficient proposal aligned with contemporary large-scale multifamily housing.
