Opened in 2020, the Anderson Park Hotel rises in Redmond as a six-story building whose façade stands out for its strategic use of materials and contrasting finishes. The design by B+H Architects incorporates 27,000 sqf of Porcelanosa’s Boston Graphito and Casona Wood porcelain, combining graphite-gray surfaces with wood-look details that highlight entrances, volumes, and structural lines. This interplay of textures adds depth and character to the building. Constructed by K Contracting and installed by Franklin Enterprises, the hotel is located in a privileged setting: directly across from Anderson Park, near the Queensboro Bridge, and just minutes from the Court Square stations, offering guests and visitors convenient access to any borough of New York.
