1900 Crystal Drive, located in Washington DC and completed in 2023, is a new multifamily residential project designed by Cookfox and executed by Clark. The building incorporates a ventilated façade system and uses the Crystal White porcelain tile, developed specifically for this project.

Its architecture is defined by a strongly marked modular geometry, where the grid structures the façade and establishes a reading based on repetition. The volume rises through staggered terraces, and the warm wood accents on the balconies introduce a welcoming counterpoint that balances the sobriety of black and white, bringing a sense of home.
