The Ellis Preserve at Newtown Square building, completed in 2024, sets a new standard for elegant corporate architecture within the office segment. Designed by D2 Groups and built by IMC Construction, this five-story project stands out for its mass timber structure, a solution that brings warmth and sustainability without sacrificing a solid and professional appearance.
The envelope combines large-format glazing with a ventilated façade system clad in Boston Stone porcelain, installed by Frank T. Lutter Inc. using a kerf-and-clip system. A total of 6,800 sqf of material was incorporated, achieving a uniform, clean, and highly corporate look.
