The Devan, completed in 2024 at 3 New York Avenue in Jersey
City, NJ, is a new-build multifamily project designed by Minno
Wasko that features a ventilated façade system. Its 8,300 sqf of
Porcelanosa Boston Stone porcelain panels, installed by FM
Construction Group, provide an efficient, durable exterior
envelope suited to the demands of an urban environment.
