This building, located at 1051 Franklin Ave, Garden City, NY was completed in 2024 as part of a re-clad project aimed at updating and modernizing a three-story office property. Designed by Combined Resources and executed by NY Preferred Development Group, the project consisted of an office building retrofit focused on improving the exterior appearance, performance, and overall urban presence of the structure. The renovation incorporated 2,400 sqf of porcelain cladding, installed by C&H Mechanical, resulting in a refreshed façade that is clean and balanced. The use of porcelain enhances durability, reduces maintenance needs, and reinforces the professional identity of the building.
