Hillside Queens, located at 188-11 Hillside Ave in Queens, New York and completed in 2023, is a new multifamily residential development featuring a ventilated façade system. Designed by EDI NYC and executed by Racanelli Construction.

The project incorporates the Ferroker Aluminio porcelain tile, a surface that provides solid presence and an elegant palette, enriched with metallic nuances that elevate the perception of volume and texture. Its precise modulation creates visual order and a sense of refined simplicity, resulting in a clean and modern architectural expression.
