1834 3rd Avenue is a nine-story multifamily development in Manhattan, completed in 2021 and conceived by Workshop Design + Architecture for WW1834 LLC. Its ventilated façade, finished with 9,500 sqft of Porcelanosa’s Coliseum and Stuc Black Nature porcelain, blends warm travertine-like tones with deep charcoal accents to create a refined interplay of color and texture. Tall window modules and dark vertical bands frame the building rhythmically, giving the exterior a sense of movement and architectural clarity. Installed by Wonder Works Construction, the façade system achieves both technical precision and long-lasting performance.
