996 Manhattan is a 6 story and newly constructed multifamily building located in Brooklyn and completed in 2022. Designed by INC Architecture & Design PLLC and developed by Redhoek, the project features a ventilated façade system clad with 4,200 sqft of Porcelanosa’s Avenue White Nature porcelain, whose linear texture adds depth and a refined finish. The installation was carried out by Admosfere Construction under the supervision of GC Abeco Management, ensuring a precise and highly durable result.
