Located in Long Island, New York, Shelter Residence is a private home designed by Raymond Chan Architect and developed by Lions Group in 2016. The project showcases a contemporary residential design focused on clean geometry and natural tones.

With a total area of 5,100 square feet, the residence was conceived as a new build that emphasizes material quality and architectural coherence.

Porcelanosa supplied the porcelain cladding Hampton Brown and Oxford Acero, materials that bring warmth, texture, and contrast to the façade while ensuring durability and a modern aesthetic.
