Temple University

Philadelphia, PA

The Temple University building, located at 1925 N 12th St, Philadelphia (PA) and completed in 2024, is part of a re-clad project aimed at updating and strengthening the institutional image of the campus. Designed by OX Collaborative and installed by Lutter Inc., the work involved the complete renovation of the building envelope using a ventilated façade system clad with Arizona Caliza porcelain panels. With a total of 30,000 sqf of material, the intervention provides a new architectural identity defined by sobriety, precision, and durability.
